Most recruitment campaigns optimize volume first and qualification later, creating inefficient pipelines and poor downstream conversion. We designed a performance-led acquisition system focused on intent, segmentation and continuous optimization.
Three strategic layers shaped the campaign architecture. Each one solved a specific recruitment funnel challenge while reinforcing acquisition efficiency at scale.
1. Audience-First Segmentation Strategy
The campaign was built around three key audience groups: working professionals, homemakers, and aspiring entrepreneurs. Each segment received tailored messaging and targeting aligned to their motivations, improving lead relevance and intent from the first interaction.
2. Identity-Led Messaging Framework
The messaging shifted from “job opportunity” language to themes of income, independence, flexibility, and purpose. This helped reach not just active job seekers, but also passive audiences open to better opportunities.
3. Performance + Qualification Funnel System
The campaign operated as a continuously optimized acquisition system using Meta funnel targeting, A/B testing, budget optimization and pre-qualification forms. Every stage was designed to improve lead quality while maintaining efficient CPL.
