When Galaxy Heights raised prices, we rebuilt the website to match the new buyer expectation in 3 months.

A Residential Project Built for a Growing Mumbai

Galaxy Heights is a large-scale residential project in Mumbai developed by MPCHFL. Spread across five towers in different stages of construction, the project was designed for homebuyers looking for better connectivity, modern living, and long-term value.

The Problem

Galaxy Heights had grown into a higher price bracket, but the website still reflected the older positioning. What once worked at ₹39–45 lakhs began creating friction at ₹54 lakhs. The design lacked premium trust, the multi-tower structure felt confusing and the conversion journey no longer matched how buyers make considered home-buying decisions.

Our Strategy

The goal was not just to redesign the website. It was to make buyers feel more confident about a higher price point through better clarity, stronger trust signals, and a smoother decision journey.

1. Built Around Real Buyer Behaviour

We studied what existing buyers searched for, explored and responded to before making an inquiry. These insights helped us create a journey that felt more relevant, reassuring and aligned with higher-ticket decision-making.

2 . Rebuild the Experience Around Trust

The website was redesigned to better reflect the new price point without feeling over-promised. Cleaner design, stronger brand alignment, clearer tower information and trust-building content helped buyers feel more confident while exploring the project.

3. Simplify the Path to Inquiry

We reworked the site structure and CTA flow to match how people actually make home-buying decisions. Clear navigation, softer conversion points and helpful content made the journey from interest to inquiry much smoother.
